George Donald Burdett, 80, of Laguna Niguel after a series of strokes passed away at Saddleback Memorial Hospital on September 17, 2009. George was born in Michigan and raised in England. He was one of six children born to the late George TL Burdett and Annie Castle Burdett, and was the beloved husband of Doortje Johannis Burdett. George is also survived by his children David, Diane and Derek; his brother, Ray Burdett; his sisters, Eileen Giles, Sheila McLeod, Anne Srigley, and Carole McKibbon; his 5 grandchildren and countless other friends and family who were blessed to know him. Don loved watching soccer and tennis.

Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm followed by the funeral service at 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at O'Connor Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.
