Gary M. Suhr of Laguna Niguel, CA, passed away May 29, 2018, after suffering a fatal heart attack while in San Diego, CA. He was 65.

Gary grew up in Los Angeles and attended Loyola High School. He graduated from Cal State Northridge University with a degree in accounting and earned certification as a Certified Public Accountant. After working with a number of firms, Gary established his own accounting consultancy in Laguna Niguel, serving clients in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego.

Predeceased by his parents and oldest sister, Gary is survived by his wife of 28 years, Susan Farrell, daughter Courtney, son Nick Suhr and wife Katie, with two grandchildren, Colin Suhr and Natalie Moshier; sisters Jeanne Ludwig of Davis, CA, Susan Stewart of Austin, TX, and Julie Suhr of Van Nuys, CA. Gary will be remembered for his deep and abiding faith, his incredible work ethic and as a dedicated and loving husband, brother, father and grandfather.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church, June 21, 2018 at 11 a.m. in Dana Point. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Gary’s memory to Catholic Charities.
