Gabrielle Anne Pelletier, 80, was born April 8, 1928 in Edmundston, NB, Canada and passed away August 18, 2008 at her home in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Gaby is survived by her daughters, Renee Wood, Denyse Pelletier and Huguette Young; sons Jacques and Andre Pelletier; brother, Maurice Pettigrew; sisters, Berthe Cyr and Huguette Zuccatti; grandchildren, Gabrielle, Monique, Michelle Nicole, Madeline, Luca, Paul, Danielle, Joshua and Jacob. Gaby was preceded in death by Gerard Pelletier, her husband of 53 years, and her brother, Andre Pettigrew. Gaby taught first graders for over 40 years. She loved children. She enjoyed painting, camping, traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Gaby had a positive attitude that was contagious and brought a smile to everyone’s face. We are happy that she is reunited with Dad, but she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
