  1. In 1989 we met Woody, Marilyn and their new dachshund puppy, as we traveled the Alcan Highway in Alaska. We immediately knew we had friends, albiet it distant, for life. Our RV’s crossed many times during that trip not that many roads up in Alaska & each time we stopped, walked our pets we had a toy poodle, Buffy and discussed our adventures. Even after we were all home we continued to stay in touch by mail & at Christmas. We were saddened to learn from Woody of Marilyn’s passing now it’s just as sad to hear of Woody’s departure. We agree, he is now with Marilyn and both of them are smiling down on all of us.

Blessings & Love to “Woody’s kids”,

  2. Dear Floyd Family
My name is Bill Cadwallader and I live in San Diego. I did not know Mr Floyd but today at the swap meet I purcased the 1947 year book from William Smith High School in Aurora Colorado. It is in excelent shape
Mr Floyd’s picture is all over this book having participated in Basketball, football, annual staff, student council, class play and on and on.
I’m sure you would like to have this book to see “Woody” as a high school senior. If you would contact me and give me an address I would be glad to mail it to you to honor a great man.
    God Bless Woody

    Bill Cadwallader
