To Patricia & the Bruno Family:
Freddy was a wonderful and beautiful person. He made everyone around him happy. My mother loved Freddy. She enjoyed his phone calls. It was cute when he would ask her who is your favorite nephew? She would sit there and think and than come back with “You are”. Freddy rest in peace and please say hello to my mom & dad & of course Rich. Love you lots.

My Dear Brother,May your soul soar with the birds, and your sweet spirit comfort our aching hearts.
Fred was truly a treasure; a bright light in our lives. He was an advisor, always ready to help with an answer or solution. He made a point of checking in on us regularly, generous with his time and love. He was at my house the day our mother died, and stayed on to help us get through the grief and sadness. How we’ll miss his stories,we loved hearing about his many experiences throughout the years. There was a story about his encounters with so many people, places and events. Remembering his photos of the wildlife and sunsets from his deck, and of the travels he shared with Patricia; the joy he took in his beloved hummingbirds and in life itself. And I’ll miss settling in for a marathon phone call,.hearing his voice, and his infectious laugh. Rest in peace brother dear. I will love and miss you always.
‘… think of him as living
in the hearts of those he touched,
for nothing loved is ever lost
and he was loved so much…’

To my dear friend, Fred. Everything everyone has written in your memory is exactly how I feel. You were a true gentlemen”-caring, understanding, respectful. You were kind, generous, interesting and funny. You had it all Fred. Thank you for being a good friend and for helping me through some very rough times. I will miss you tremendously but I will remember you forever.

Fred’s passing came as a real shock to me and Jennifer. Just a few month back he came with Patricia to celebrate Jen’s birthday up here in Norther Cal and it was the last time I got the chance to see him. I already miss his wit, his humor and his words of wisdom. Seeing all these comments make us all realize how loved he was by family and friends, but also is a reminder of how much he loved us all. Rest in Peace dear Papa Fred, we already feel your presence radiating from Heaven above. Love.
