Obituary

FREDERICK MILLER PEARSALL, son of Marie E. Haasis and the late Glenn A. Pearsall, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2005. He was born on July 13, 1935, in Beaver Falls, PA. He moved to Southern California in 1960 and shortly thereafter joined the Los Angeles Police Department, where he proudly served for 30 years. He was best remembered as Sergeant ?Fred? Pearsall.

Fred bravely fought Parkinson’s Disease for 30 years. By his side during the difficult years were his beloved Sandy and daughters, whom were also present at his bedside when he passed into Our Loving Father’s hands.

Remembered by his friends and family as gentle and kind, someone with a quick smile, a funny quip and the ability to see the lighter side of life. Being a simple man, the greatest joy in his life was spending time with his family.

Survived by mother Marie Haasis; daughters, Lara Pearsall Dineen and Tonya Nicole Murphy; grandchildren, Lauryn, Alexandra, Dillon, Rose, Daniel and Jacob; sisters, Shirley Weir, Doris Ingram and Sandra Farina.

    My memories of Uncle Fred are in Beaver Falls at Grama and Poddy’s house where he was a lot of fun. I remember he liked to dance with us. My love and condolences are to those who loved him also.

  5. I still miss you every single day dad. I see so much of you when I look into your Grandson Daniel Anthony Pearsall Dineen eye’s. And your youngest grandson Jacob Miller Dineen who also wants to protect and serve and is looking towards a life in the military too serve our country.
