Francis R. 'Frank' Dugan, 78, was born September 22, 1931 in Massachusetts and passed away August 5, 2010 at home in Huntington Beach, CA.

A Technical Trainer for McDonnell Douglas for over 25 years, Frank spent his years in retirement as an accomplished artist with a love for people and travel.

Frank is survived by his wife, Mary Alice; daughters Paula Bob Venable, Dana Doug LaBahn and Jen Gordon Blakey; sons David and Gregory Jody Dugan; sister Dottie Albert Zaniboni and granddaughters Rachel, Emma and Rebecca Dugan and Peyton Blakey. A devout man of faith with unwavering commitment to his family and friends, Frank will be deeply missed.

A Vigil Service will be Monday, August 9 at 7:00pm at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Newport Beach followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, August 10 at 10:00am. Burial will be Monday, August 16 at 1:15pm at Riverside National Cemetery.
