Frances R. Ross, 81. Born November 24, 1923 in Gridley, Kansas. Passed away December 1, 2004 in Laguna Hills, California. Frances worked as a Medical Transcriber with the Veteran's Administration for 25 years. She is survived by her husband, Ralph; son, Doug Ross and his wife, Linda; son, David White and his wife Tricia; sisters, Nita Kerschner and Hope Mooney ; brother, Tom Wile; granddaughter, Debbie Otenberg and great-grandchildren, Angelina Rizzo, Eden Otenberg, Opal Otenberg and Milo Otenberg.
