Frances Ann (Serpa) Ouellette, 63, passed away October 24, 2011 at her home in Lake Forest, California. She was born February 17, 1948 in Providence, Rhode Island, the daughter of the late Arthur A. Serpa and Jennie (Petrangelo) Serpa.

Frances is survived by her husband Eugene Charles "Chuck" Ouellette; daughter Rose Marie Ouellette; sons Eugene Charles Ouellette II and Scott Alan Ouellette; and 7 grandchildren. Also brothers Arthur (Deborah) Serpa of San Diego, CA, Richard Serpa of Warwick, RI, Michael (Sharon) Serpa of North Kingstown, RI, and Ronald (Ann) Serpa of West Warwick, RI. She was the sister of the late Allen Serpa and Jennifer Serpa Laplante.

Services will be held in California.
