Dear Mr. Johnson, Children and Family,
Our hearts are heavy as we share your loss. We loved your Wife, Mom, Grandma and our friend, Mrs. Theodore Fran Johnson. She was a very spirited loving lady and we were blessed to have had her touch our life.
During our phone conversations, Fran kept me updated on the family and the local “doings”. Also, she was often my voice of reason; She would make me think twice. I teased her about being my “Jiminy Cricket”. Sometimes when I am making a decision, I feel her sitting on my shoulder and I think: “What would Fran say?” Time has a way of getting away from us and it has been a long time since I heard that sweet voice…I miss it and the beautiful lady behind the voice. Her support and friendship meant the world to both Jeff and me.
Thank you so much for contacting us. As we are now living in Illinois, Jeff and I can’t be with you in person but we are there in spirit. Jeff’s sister Laurie Frank, who lives nearby in Fullerton has agreed to attend the Church service in our stead.
Love to all of you. Remember: God has given us memories that we might have roses in January. The memory of our friend, Fran – wife, mother, and grandma, – will forever bloom – no matter the season.
God bless.
Love and Hugs,
Marianne and Jeff
