Forrest Rowe, age 70, passed away 9/2/11 while on a hunting trip with friends in Blythe, California.

Forrest was a long-time Orange County resident and was employed by Charles Abbott Associates as a building inspector. He previously retired from the Plumbers Union, Local 582. Other building inspector employments included the County of Orange and the City of Irvine.

He led a very active life and enjoyed restoring hot rod cars and was an avid hunter.

He is survived by his wife Brenda Rowe and two children, Darryl Rowe and Wendy Shanks.

Visitation will be held at O'Connor Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Hills on Friday, 9/9/11 from 7-9 pm. Services will be held at O'Connor Mortuary on Saturday, 9/10/11 at 10 am. Burial will be at El Toro Memorial Park following services. Refreshments will immediately follow at the Coto Valley Country Club, 23331 Via Venado, Coto de Caza.
