Eugene Ted No, 54, a resident of Rancho Santa Margarita, died Wednesday June 8, 2016. Gene was born in South Korea and immigrated at age 14 to Evansville, Indiana where he grew up. He met his future wife and they traveled to California in the mid 80's. Gene was a graduate of Cal State University, Fullerton and was currently working on graduate work at University of La Verne. Gene was employed at Kaiser Permanente where he started as a financial planner and worked his way up the ladder. His last position was the Assistant Medical Group Administrator and Area Finance Officer of the Kaiser Permanente Fontana/Ontario Medical Centers.

Gene is survived by his wife, Andrea, and his children, Emilie, 23, and Patrick, 16.
