  1. I remember Ethel being a sweet and gentle lady. She had such a nice way about her, and yes, she did have a cute sense of humor. I recall the nice relationship she had with my mom, Miriam. I feel like I was very blessed to have met someone like her and I will miss her. Sincerely, Carri Perry

  2. Dear Joe and Lynn:

I always enjoyed Ethel’s sweet and funny disposition and the way she dealt with her illness. The last time I saw her at Bingo, she said, when I asked how she was feeling, that she felt “good”. She was taking an alternative drug and it was helping alleviate some of her pain. As someone who is still dealing with the big “C”, I know how much that must have helped her morale. I only hope she was able to feel good until the end. We all wish for that. My heart goes out to both of you. Losing your wife, Joe, must be very difficult and Lynn, having lost my mother many years ago, I know the sorrow you feel. I ask God to allow you both only the good memories. That will help you deal with her passing. I pray for both of you and thank God that I had the priviledge of knowing her…and that some of the jokes I sent gave her much pleasure. May you both know peace knowing she is no longer in pain and that she now rests in peace.

She was such a sweey lady, with a beautiful smile, we will miss her, and offer our sympathy to her loving family. May the Lord comfort your hearts, and keep you close.
