Ethan, you taught me so much in your life.. I will always remember how thoughtful, giving and compassionate your were. I will cherish our time together and will continue to share not only the stories you left behind, but the legacy of giving to those in need that need it the most.

    I love you E!

    Your Brother

Ethan, it has been one month since you left us… I know you are enjoying the time with loved ones from the past and are looking over us throughout our days… I love you forever!

  5. Sorry to hear this; I just happened to come across this sad news while looking up friends from the past.
I worked with Ethan (or E-man as we used to call him) and his brother Toby @ Diedrich Coffee from 1997 to about 2007.
Ethan was a hard working, caring person, who would literally give you the shirt off his back if needed. E was my right hand man and it was a pleasure to have worked side by side with him.
I remember him being a “big” Green Bay Packers fan and idolizing Bret Favre so much, that one year for his Birthday I gave him a framed Bret Favre signature photo. Of course it was just a printed autograph and not actually signed in person, BUT E-man was greatful non the less and just seeing his face when he unwrapped it was priceless.
I lost touch after moving on to another job, but always had those memories of working along side and knowing such a great and unique individual.

Sorry for your loss Toby. He really was a special human being.
