Esther Barron Haro

Laguna Hills – Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Esther Barron Haro, 83, a 60-year resident of Loma Linda and Redlands passed away in Laguna Hills, Friday, Feb.10, 2017.

A native of Redlands, Ms. Barron Haro was an alumnus of Redlands High School and San Bernardino Valley College. She retired after 38 years of service as an Executive Secretary and International Military Training Student Manager from Norton Air Force Base and Kirkland Air Force Base. Ms. Barron Haro also was a volunteer at Saint Joseph the Worker Catholic Church.

She is survived by her son, Joseph Rivera III, of Redlands and her daughter, Jacqueline Loughlin of San Clemente; son-in-law Martin Loughlin of San Clemente and daughter-in-law Cathy Rivera of Redlands; six grandchildren, Joe Rivera IV of Redlands, Alexandria Rivera of Redlands, Michelle Rivera of Redlands, Emily Loughlin of Berkeley, Samantha Loughlin, and Mara Loughlin of San Clemente and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral Mass is at 11:00 am Tuesday at Saint Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Loma Linda. Interment is at Montecito Memorial Park in Loma Linda.
