A PBX Operator with Saddleback Memorial Hospital in Laguna Hills, CA, Erin is survived by her mother, Rita Montgomery; father, John Montgomery; grandmother, Rita Adams; grandfather, Hamilton Montgomery and sister, Michelle Montgomery. Services will be Sat. 11/15/08 at 10:00am at Santiago de Compostela Catholic Church, 21682 Lake Forest Drive, Lake Forest, CA.
