Elsie Genevieve Garrett, born March 29th 1921 in Rockford, Illinois & died January 1st, 2008. Her family of nine moved to California in 1929. She married her high school sweetheart, James A. Garrett in 1940 and resided in the city of Rancho Santa Margarita since 1987. She was the loving mother of James, Daniel & Nancie Elyse Garrett. She was the loving grandmother of Daron, Ashly, Joshua, Nataly, Siena, Malia & Jillian. She lived a wonderful life, traveling with her husband to Europe, visiting her daughter in Chicago and her son in Hawaii. She shared her love for life with everyone, always compassionate and kind. We all loved her very much and now she is our angel, in heaven, helping others. God bless her!!!!
