Elva Carroll Lawson was born January 6, 1918 in Washington and passed away December 23, 2008 in Coto de Caza, California. She was 90 years old. Elva is survived by her daughter, Laura ‘Lolly’ Hayman; son, Dow Lawson; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

I’ll always remember how kind Elva was to me when I stayed with her and her family just before my wedding. She bought me a new outfit and made me feel more than welcome in her home.

The years pass so quickly. I had always wanted to meet my older sister but never got the chance. We will meet in heaven and Beryl will be rejoicing at having her sisters with her again.
