Dear Rose, Tina, family and friends of “Uncle Eddie”:

Although separated by geographic distance and decades of time, it is with fond memories and vivid clarity that I recall visits with my aunt, uncle and cousin from California.

Whether during trips to visit Josephine in Warren, a family reunion at Billy and Patty Heinz’s home back in Michigan, or my pilgrimage to Anaheim as a teen at age 15 every visit with and “Aunt Rose and Uncle Eddie” were very special to me (and still are) in so many ways.

Seeing Flip Wilson and Roy Clark “in the round” at Melodyland; experiencing together Disneyland and the Magic Kingdom; Mine Ride adventures at Knott’s Berry Farm; or body surfing the waves of the Pacific ocean at Huntington Beach – so many of my most memorable and enjoyable experiences were shared with Aunt Rose and Uncle Eddie.

May you find peace and comfort through your strength in faith and family, and recall a lifetime’s worth of joyful memories shared with such a loving husband and father as Ed.

Please accept our sincere condolences and prayers for the loss of Ed.
