Dwight L. Chapman entered into heaven on February 7, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents Dwight and Lucile Chapman. He is survived by his wife Gloria Chapman of 51 years, daughters Pamela Chapman of Arlington, Texas and Amy and Deborah Chapman of Aliso Viejo, CA. He is also survived by grandsons Cory and Rusty Wolf, sisters Dorothy Flanagan of Corona, CA and Jean Cooper from Atlanta, Georgia.

Dwight was born in Natrona Heights, PA on November 21, 1936. He graduated from Har-Brack High School, attended Grove City College and graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. His first job as a pharmacist was at his father's pharmacy in Tarentum, PA, which is now a historical landmark. In 1974 Dwight moved his family to California where he worked for Thrifty Drug Rite-Aid for 30 years.

He was an active member of Saddleback Church where the service was held on Monday, February 14 at 1:00 pm in the Plaza Room.
