Dear Sarah, your mom was a treasure! We met in 1991 when we both started work, with young baby boys, at Dove Canyon. She was an amazing pastry chef! My family has often talked about the gorgeous Drum Major Cake she made for my one son. We later went on to work together at Riviera Country Club. I’m will always remember our fun times there and our many communtes carpooling! I know she was so proud of you and your brother. My thoughts and prayers will be of you. Lynne

Diane was an incredible woman! As a Pastry Chef she was divine. She was a pioneer and far ahead of her time as a professional woman chef. I knew her mostly when she was younger and we worked together. She was an excellent teacher who had an indomitable spirit and an enormous capacity for work and perfection. She was not someone who could be pushed around—she had a soft heart but commanded respect. Diane was a true individual. Her style was unique and she was physically breathtakingly beautiful. The world has lost a very special woman and I have lost a someone I admired enormously.
