Dear Helen, Mark and all of the Cappellanti family,
I feel fortunate that I was able to spend many hours with Dessi both on the golf course and socially. My memories of Dessi will always remind me of him with his usual smile and his quiet demeanor. Never have I seen Des lose his cool or get angry or swear at something that upset him, he was always the same considerate, gentle friend thru all the years I have golfed and socialized with him. May God bless Dessi, I am sure he is looking down and smiling at us right now. Fondly, Al Gresto

  2. I always loved my Uncle Dessi. Many of my earlier wonderful childhood memories were at his and Aunt Helen’s home where, as a child, I played with my cousin, Mark. I will always remember my Uncle Dessi as a warm, kind, generous and loving person, and I will especially remember his winning smile. He was a man of honor, who loved his family as well his fellow man. Uncle Dessi will forever have a special place in my heart. My loving thoughts and prayers are with Aunt Helen and her family – from his loving nephew, Ralph.
