Obituary

Dennis James Brock, 60, died peacefully in his home on Tuesday, June 27th, 2006. He was born in Upland, California and raised in Ontario where he graduated from Chaffey High School. Denny worked in the motion picture film industry and was a member of the I.A.Y.S.E., Local 683 for many years. He later joined the Teamsters Union and worked for Blue Diamond Construction. Denny received recognition by Teamsters Union when he received th e ‘Million Mile Award’, for over a million miles of service, driving hours without an accident or ticket. The Teamsters then hired Denny as a driving instructor, and a teacher for the Handling of Hazardous Material Certifications.

He is survived by his beloved mother, Radel Brock of Redlands, CA; loving son and loving daughter-in-law, Dennis and Launa; loving daughter and loving son-in-law, Tisha and Mark, and two precious granddaughters, Jordon and Avalon; beloved brother, Jerry all of California. Denny was dearly loved by many and will be greatly missed by all. He will be remembered by all who knew him, for his patience and kindness. His gentle spirit lives on in those who had the honor of knowing and loving him.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2006 ~ 1:00 P.M. at O’Connor Laguna Hills Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, California 92653, 949-581-4300
