Dennis F. Keely

November 29, 1942 – March 21, 2022

Dennis F. Keely, 79, of Laguna Woods, CA passed from this life on to his next adventure on March 21, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.  Dennis is survived by his beloved wife Evelyn of 58 years, loving children Scott (Robyn) Keely, Lauren (Jeffrey) Kratsch and Kevin (Kate) Keely, and his 5 grandchildren Brian, Michealla, Calia, Kayden and Kody. He is also survived by his sister Joan Villone and many loving nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his mother Winifred (McCotter-Keely) Glick and stepfather Herman Glick, his father Frederick Keely, and sister Deborah Hunt.

Dennis was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to everyone.  He loved sports, in particular football, which he avidly played in High School, and enjoyed boating, fishing, skiing, watching sports and movies on television, playing cards, and listening to all kinds of music, especially Bob Marley and Jimmy Buffett.  Per Dennis’ wishes, all of the latter are formally invited to attend a Celebration of Life and scattering of his ashes, at a time to be determined in the future, at Hanalei Bay, Kauai, accompanied by “an appropriate amount of libations and great music”.
