  1. My father and I ended up having the most special relationship. I was so honored to be able to take care of him. His eyes would light up when ever I would come into the room and our phone conversations every night before we both went to sleep. This was truly something so profound and will effect me for the rest of my life. He was a good man and touched everyone that came into contact with him. He would sing to my mother and ended up singing to me all the time. I was by his side when he took his last breath, and he was not alone and I made sure he knew he was loved. Now he is with the love of his life and for that I am so happy. Both my parents taught me what marriage and love should be. I will follow your example and try to make you proud. I love you Mom and Dad.
    Until I see you again,

  2. Dennis Albert Merrill was the most kindest and loving person I knew. He was not only my Grandfather but one of my best friends. My favorite memories of my Grandpa was the summers I would spend with him and my Grandma. We would always go golfing and bowling, and we would sit at the table and he would tell me all kinds of stories from his younger days for hours. I will forever regret not getting the chance to say goodbye, but I know in my heart that he knew I loved him dearly. I love and miss you Grandpa. Your words of wisdom I will forever cherish and pass along to my children someday.

    With All My Love,
    Your Grandson,

  3. I love my Uncle Denny. I will miss hearing his stories. I will miss his humor. I will miss his singing. I admired his great love of God and family. He and Aunt Betty will always be in my heart.
