Obituary
De Vore, Debra Ann, born February 25th 1955, passed away Sunday, July 24th after a ten-month battle with pancreatic cancer.
Debbie, wife, mother and homemaker, who also worked at the Saddleback Unified School District before retiring in 2005, was known for her devotion to family, quick sense of humor and inner strength. Debbie took great interest in people, history, and cherished reading biographies. She loved to read the entire paper with her morning coffee and take summer trips with her husband to Cambria and San Francisco.
She is survived by her husband Karl of sixteen years; her children James, Scott and Robin from her first marriage; brother Kirk; and parents Mary and Gary. Debbie’s passing was not only a tremendous loss for her family, but also for all those who knew her well.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday August 2nd at O’Connor Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, CA.

I have been blessed to call Debbie one of my precious friends. I could write volumes of the moments that we have shared over the years..those times will always be near and dear to my heart. My deepest sympathy goes to Karl, James, Scott and Robin ~ she loved and adored each and every one of you. I will truly miss her…

I knew Debbie from St. Paul of the Cross and her husband Karl from La Mirada HS. They were among my circle of friends and I looked up to both of them. My condolences to you Karl and to all of Debbie’s family.
