Reverend Doctor Deborah Bruce Truncale, 64, of Lake Forest, California, died peacefully September 4, 2011 at Hoag Hospital surrounded by family and friends.

She was born January 11, 1947, in Anchorage Alaska. She married Angelo Truncale on April 4, 1981. Deborah, with degrees in Political Science, Theology and Psychology, was an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ and the Church of Divine Science.

She is survived by her husband Angelo; four stepchildren, Frank E of Oakland, CA, Selina Truncale of Peabody, MA, Michael Angelo and wife Amy of Petaluma, CA, and Darleen Levine of Dana Point, CA; grandchildren Megan, Christopher and Emily Levine, Leah Truncale and Eva Truncale. She is also survived by her mother Myrtle Perkins of Pueblo West, CO; sisters Bronwyn Bruce of Prescott AZ and Julie Tamez of Pueblo, CO; stepmother Amalia Bruce and half-brother John Bruce of Gulf Breeze, FL.

A memorial service will be held at Neighborhood Congregational Church, Laguna Beach on October 9th at 12:30 p.m.
