  1. When Dawna was around you, she inevitably brought fun into your life. I first met her as a kid visiting Chuck E. Cheese’s, and I later worked with her for 8 years- she always boosted my spirits when I was dragging and made an 8 hour shift go by a lot quicker with her unique brand of humor.
The confetti-filled cards and funny letters and emails extended that sense of fun beyond CEC into our lives as Adrienne and I have walked our post-CEC paths.
For almost as long as I can remember, Dawna was a ray of sunshine in my life. Her memory and her spirit will always continue to shine for me and for the many others who knew her and loved her. Thanks, Dawna!

  2. Julie Damon says:

Dawna was so lucky to have such a loving, caring family around her especially while she has been sick and I’m so greatful that God gave her the last year and a half to be surrounded by her friends and family and know how much we all loved her and I am glad her pain is gone – I can’t even imagine that I can’t just call her up to talk and I think about all the times even when she was fighting for her life that she would be worried or concerned for everyone else and all of our problems and concerns – she was the most unselfish caring person I have ever known…

  3. Our thoughts and prayres are with you at this most difficult time. Thank you for shareing your daughter/sister with us. She was a most wonderful person, with a keen since of humor. We love you all very much. Barbara and Keith

  4. Gene and Lee, I know Dawna felt and witnessed your love for her, especially over the last 18 months you cared for her daily. Our prayer is for God to grant you peace and fill the void left by her passing.

  5. Heaven will never be the same again. We all will see more rainbows from Dawna’s confetti flying all over the place. It must make God very happy. We love her and will miss her. God is with all of you to comfort you in your grief. Accept His love and our love and prayers always.
