David was born on September 2, 1963 on Labor Day in Lakewood, California. Beloved son, brother, uncle and friend, he was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme [brain] cancer in 2009. He fought it for two years, three months and 18 days losing the battle on Wednesday, April 18.
