  1. There are times that people pass through your life that you may not know very well, but they leave an impact and one is aware of their presense when they are near. So it was with Daryl Hill, the father of my co-worker. It was easy to see where Chris got her happy nature from. Think of the good times Mike, Chris and Suzanne.

  2. Jordan Hill says:

The Thing that i will remeber about Daryl is that he was a sweet kind careing man, he always tried his best to make everybodies experience when they were there the best he could. The best memory of Uncle Daryl I will hold on too for the rest of my life is, when i was visiting and stayed with him, every night he would get a handfull of doubble stuffed oreo’s and a tall glass of milk and we would both eat our cookies and watch the news, for everynight i stayed there.

  3. Dedicated to my loving Father: I will miss you dear’ly. You were not only my father, but, you were my best friend. My father was a Great man, my Hero, my Life.He was alway’s there for me during good times and hard times. He was a very patient man and never passed judgement, no matter what the circumstances. Dad was not one to bring up the past for he lived in the moment, the here and now, the past was, water under the bridge to him. He adored his wife, children, grandchildren, relatives and friends. My father enjoyed listening to my mom, myself and his granddaugther Amber sing. Beside the three of us , he loved Dean Martin, Johnny Cash and Country Western music. I came to enjoy the same music he loved as I grew up and he really liked that, no more rock & roll. He said to me, “I knew you’d finally come to your senses”. I could write about my father forever but I will end by saying to him, Dad, I’m grateful God chose you to raise me, guide me and love me, I miss you so. I love you, Suzanne

DADDY I WILL MISS YOU VERY MUCH I LOVE YOU

  5. There are so many thoughts that come to us at this time; Sadness, because we will miss Uncle Daryl so much. Joy, because he brought a lot of joy to others through his love and friendship; Humor, because he loved to joke around and so I smile when I think of him. Even though we didn’t get to see him a lot, everytime we saw him or talked to him, it was like we had never been apart. Even though Joe hadn’t known them long, we were lucky enough to spend a very relaxing long weekend with Uncle Daryl & Aunt Sherry in late 2005 – Joe earned our keep by washing all of the windows in their house and, of course, he fell is love with both of them and I know they felt the same about him. Although, Uncle Daryl will be missed by all of us, he was prepared to join all of our other loved ones who have gone before. May his love, joy, humor and faith sustain us all during this time.
