Born July 15, 1963, died on Saturday, June 3, 2006 in Irvine, California. He is survived by his devoted wife, Anne Winans; loving daughters, Sylvia Ruiz and Sabrina Ruiz; loving sons, Jay Dillen, Ryan Dillen and Jimmy Ruiz; beloved sister, Genay Ruiz; beloved brothers, Donald and Craig Winans and one grandchild. He was dearly loved by many and will be greatly missed by all.
