Obituary
Cornel Dirpes 57 of Ladera Ranch. A loving husband, giving father, adoring grandfather and a man who loved God.
Born May 29, 1948 in Romania, died on Sunday, May 14, 2006 in Mission Viejo, California of congestive heart failure.
He worked for Pascoe, Dirpes & Associates, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer for 33 years.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 33 years, Cornelia Dirpes; loving children, Julie Faragau Benjamin Faragau; Chris Dirpes Andreea Dirpes; beloved sister, Ana Pais; beloved mother, Paraschiva Dirpes and one adoring granddaughter, Amanda Dirpes. He was dearly loved by many and will be deeply missed by all.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2006 from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. at O’Connor Laguna Hills Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Pkwy., Laguna Hills, CA 92653.
Funeral Services will be held on will be held on Friday, May 19, 2006 ~ 7:00 P.M. and Saturday, May 20, 2006 ~ 10:00 A.M. at Bethany Romanian Baptist Church, 1431 W. La Habra Blvd., La Habra, CA 90631.
An Interment will be followed at El Toro Memorial Park, 25751 Trabuco Rd., Lake Forest, CA 92630.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I will dearly miss working with Cornel. He was such a lovely and kind person and a wonderful pleasure to work with and will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Dear Cornelia,
You have my deepest sympathies on your loss. Cornel was a brilliant, hardworking, family man, who had the respect and friendship of many including myself, and the love of a close family. I will miss him dearly.
