Connie Van Liew

Born Constance Louise Zschoche on April 26, 1935 in Atchison, Kansas. She was a graduate of Atchison High School and received her teaching degree from Mount St. Scholastica College. Her 29 year teaching career included elementary school and as a Preschool Director in Lake Forest. She is survived by her husband Chuck of 51 years, brother William Zschoche, children Chuck, Cathie and Ed Van Liew and grandchildren Ensign Andrew Cole, Adam Cole and Will Van Liew. A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 13, 10:30 AM at Abiding Savior Lutheran Church, 23262 El Toro Rd, Lake Forest, CA 92630. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Abiding Savior Ladies Guild Scholarship Fund.
