I met colin when i was about 10 years old. We have been very close friends ever since. i spoke to colin a few days before he died and he said ” if theres anything i can do to help anyone i will”. Colin was the most kind trustworthy and loving people i have ever met. I miss him terribly . There are many fond memories with colin. I will reveal some of them at the memorial service. Colin was my closest friend. I love you Colin, my dearest friend. Joe Parker

I will never forget the time Colin came to visit his Mom when she lived with us. He decided to walk ALL the way into town…we were worried sick…but he knew what he was doing! I am sorry we didn’t get to share more time together as adults, but I will cherish the times we did have. I adored my cousin and will miss times we should have had. He is in a better place, and I am sure continueing his journey of kindness to everyone. Love you, Linda

  3. Colin gave Emma a little manicure set for her 16th birthday and wanted to get it monogrammed. He searched far and wide for a resource with no luck, and finally had the great idea to get a silver tag made with her name etched into it at Petco, where they have a tag etching machine. As the machine etched away, he patted himself on the back for finding a such a brilliant solution—until the machine started printing the word “Petco”. Oh well–I think after a month he decided better to still give her the gift than not….Emma loves her Petco manicure set 🙂

  4. My brother was left handed, and had the most beautiful golf swing, from years and years of lessons that our parents insisted on. We would go to the driving range and he would line up all the balls and drive powerful lovely shots each and every time.
