IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Christopher Patrick
Miller
February 14, 1977 – June 18, 2023
Christopher Patrick Miller, 46, of Ladera Ranch California passed away on June 18, 2023 after a hard-fought battle with lung cancer. He was born on February 14, 1977, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was the beloved husband of Angie Miller, and a devoted father to his daughter Cady and son Nick. In addition, he leaves behind a family who loved and cherished him and will forever miss him including parents Ken and Sue, sister Leah and numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws who loved him as a brother and a son.
Chris was an extraordinary individual with a kind heart, devout faith, and unwavering commitment to his family. Although Chris' time with his children and wife was cut too short, he made the most of that time. Whether it was watching Nick play hockey, encouraging Cady to show off her culinary skills or just watching a movie with the family, his pride as a father and husband was evident and undeniable. Chris always put family first.
Chris was the Vice President, Information Security at Capital Group Companies, where he was dedicated to his career and was highly respected by his colleagues. He will be most remembered for his intelligence, quick wit, and dedication to supporting and mentoring his teammates.
Chris had a genuine love of life. He was an avid musician and guitar player and loved to share his love of music with friends and family. He had innate curiosity and constantly "tinkered" with the world around him. Chris lit up the room with his charisma and cheerful outlook wherever he went and traveled. He was a friend to all who naturally and genuinely related to everyone around him. He made the lives of everyone he touched more complete.
A ceremony to celebrate Christopher's life will be held Saturday, June 24 th at 10:00 AM at Mariner's Church Chapel, located at 5001 Newport Coast Dr., in Irvine, CA.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ranch Church ( https://ranch.church/give ).
