Obituary
Christopher Lawrence Whitman, 20, was born April 3, 1990 in Mission Viejo, CA and passed away March 17, 2011 in Mission Viejo, CA. Christopher is survived by his mother Suzanne Williams; father Larry Whitman; stepfather Dan Williams; brothers Chad and Tyler Whitman; sisters Kaeli Whitman and Cassidy Williams; grandparents Sharron & Don Gisler, Marie & Scott Penkoff; step-grandparents Larry & Sharan Williams.
He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and a friend to many. Chris graduated from JSerra Catholic High School where he was a dedicated athlete playing baseball, football and Lacrosse. Chris went on to attend California State University San Marcos.
A Viewing for friends will be Thursday, March 24, 2011 from 1:00-4:00pm at O’Connor Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Hills, CA. A private Rosary will follow at 7:00pm, also at O’Connor Mortuary. A Funeral Mass will be Friday, March 25, 2011 at 10:00am at St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church, Dana Point, CA. A reception will immediately follow. A Private Burial will be at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, Orange, CA.
