Chris was one of a kind; a radical, loving ball of fire for God and she will be greatly missed by so many. My prayers go out to her family and close friends. It was an honor to have known her and shared experiences with her, her love fed the hunger in many a starving soul, including mine. Thank God for the gift of memories, I have so many beautiful ones of Chris, precious photographs that fill an entire album in my heart. She is smiling or laughing in every one, even if she was also crying. Chris, I know you knew how much you meant to me and Tim. You are with your Heavenly Father now and would want us to keep on partyin’ for God, and we will… you will never be forgotten and we will all be together one day.

To the Family of one of the dearest, most loving people so many people were blessed to know. We will miss Chris immensely.

Someone said it in another note… She was a fireball of love! That is a great description of your beloved Mom, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris at the Eagle’s Nest in 1997. You’ve met those that have that wonderful ability to ‘welcome’ someone into a group of people, so that they don’t feel they’re on the outside, but are genuinely made a part of the family, … a part of the group. I think Chris Erickson taught that class! She was a mentor, a teacher, a friend, a spiritual mom, to so many people! She interceded on people’s behalf, standing in the gap, until heaven answered and brought solutions to people’s lives.

Though I never got to meet any of you, her family, …she talked of you, often. You couldn’t walk by her desk, without seeing loads of pictures! She had great love for you all. And, as you are all aware, her love had an infusion effect on your life. Once it got on you… you were marked for life!

She was a bright shining light in a world of darkness!

Blessings to you, …her family. Chris’ homecoming in heaven: Wow! Someday, I hope we get to see the tapes of what heaven’s homecoming was for her! It’s already been several days… and I know there’s still people coming up to her and greeting her, expressing how their lives were touched by her love while they were on planet earth!

May His love and comfort, …the same comforting love that operated in and through Chris, be with you all during this time and throughout your lives.

What a blessing Chris was to so many. She had love and encouragement to share with everyone. A smile to your face she could bring even though she might be sad within. She is loved and missed by many that knew her as Mother Chris. I will miss you but rejoice that I will see you again! Love from your friends that are still behind, Until then…Big G
