Dr. Chia Ven Pao, a mathematics professor at NC State Univ. for over 40 years, passed away on March 16, 2018. He was 84. Dr. Pao is survived by his wife Mei-Shan, his three sons, Gene, Bing, and Phil, and his six grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at O’Connor Mortuary on Thursday, March 29 at 2pm, located at 25301 Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.

Donations can be made in memory of Chia Ven Pao to Duke Medical Center Gastrointestinal Cancer Fund or San Diego Moores Cancer Center.
