Cheryle Diane Webster passed away peacefully on June 26, 2022 while surrounded by her family, after a long battle with dementia. She was 78.

Cheryle (Sherrie) was born on October 18, 1943 to her parents Steven and Grace Belany in Akron, Ohio. She grew up with siblings Steve, Susan and Sandy.  She moved to and spent most of her life in Southern California where she worked hard to raise a family of 4 children, Marshall, Don, Cindy and Erin with her late husband Bill.

Sherrie was such a strong person, battling through any and all adversity that she encountered in her life, while keeping her witty sense of humor. Sherrie was selfless, continually putting the needs of her family and friends first. In 2004, she and George were married and together they enjoyed many wonderful years filled with love, family and friendships. Always the loving wife, mother and friend, she was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband George; her children Marshall (Sandy), Don (Michelle), Cindy (Jimmy), and Erin (Collin); George’s late daughter Kelly (Jeff), son Steve (Pam); grandchildren Brooke, Sierra (Elijah), Kane, Carly, Lauren, Mackenzie, Mikayla, Katelyn, Hudson, Riley and Brooklyn.  She is also survived by her sisters Susan (Bruce) and Sandy (Skip) and late brother Steve (Rhonda).

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 7, 2022, 7:00-9:00pm at O’Connor Mortuary in Laguna Hills. Funeral service on Friday, July 8 at 10:00am, also at O’Connor Mortuary, followed by graveside service at Pacific View Memorial Park in Corona Del Mar at 12:00pm.
