Chase Daniel Church, U.S.N., 23, died Tuesday, February 8, 2011 in Chicago IL. Chase was born in Monterey, CA and had just graduated from the hospital corps school at Naval Station Great Lakes.

He is survived by his loving mother Patricia; Fiance Cameron Butler and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Vigil Service to be held Thursday, February 17, 7:00pm and Funeral Mass, Friday, February 18, 10:00am, both at St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church in Dana Point, CA. Interment at Ascension Cemetery, Lake Forest, CA.
