  1. CHuck and I were best of friends through grade shhool & high school in Mt. lebanon Pa. Our paths diverged through college, military sevice.and careers. We came together again at our 50th high school reunion and we bonded as though there had been no 50 year chasm. We have been in close contact the past 11 years. Chuck/s devout Christian faith has been a great inspiration for me. He is a true hero.
while on actuve air force duty, his 4 engine plane lost 3 of the engines power over a populated aea. Chuck ordered his crew to bail out and he flew the plane out of the populated area, facing almost certain death. He survived a crash landing in an open field with the help of the (ivisable hand of God) thus saving countless lives. Chuck certainly deserves eternal pease in the house of the Lord.
