Charleen Gray, age 76, passed away on June 23, 2015, at her home in Mission Viejo due to lung cancer.

Charleen was born in Erie, PA, one of nine children born to Ida and Alois Stumpf. She moved to California in 1962 and became one of the first residents of Mission Viejo in 1967. In addition to being a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she was also a Registered Nurse. Charleen loved being part of a large family.

She was a founding parishioner of St. Kilian Church and served as a volunteer there in a vast number of ministries over more than 45 years.

Charleen was preceded in death by her husband Henry Gray, Jr. She is survived by her son and his wife, Henry and Jacqueline Gray; her 3 grandchildren, Olivia, Elizabeth, and Nathan; and by 7 siblings.

A viewing and memorial will be held on Sunday, June 28 at 3pm at O'Connor Mortuary in Laguna Hills. A funeral mass will be held at St. Kilian Church on Monday, June 29 at 11am.
