Cezary Z. Loszek, 42. Born March 17, 1962 in Poland. Passed away August 12, 2004 in Mission Viejo, California. He is survived by his wife, Barbara D. Pyka-Loszek and his mother, Elzbieta Matusiak. Services will be celebrated Saturday, August 21, 2004, 11:00am at the John Paul II Polish Center, Yorba Linda, CA with a private interment after services.
