   Manong Cesar is one of the most wonderful persons we have ever met. Our family is really blessed to have him and the entire Tabas Family in our family. May he be rewarded for his kindness and good heart. Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord. And let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. AMEN.
