Cecelia Scott (aka Scotty), a resident of Buena Park for 62 years, passed away peacefully on 14 November 2018, 5 days shy of her 94 ^th birthday.

She was an employee of the City of Buena Park for 50 years, working as a police dispatcher, in Parks and Recreation and with the City Clerks office.

With a kind heart and a beautiful smile, she raised 6 children, has 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She loved her family, her work and her animal companions.

Per her wish there will be no service, but she asks that donations be made to D.E.L.T.A. Rescue on her behalf.

She is loved and will be missed.
