Born in Los Angeles on April 30, 1928 to Harry and Bridget Swezey. Cecelia passed gracefully into Heaven while surrounded by her loving family, on March 2, 2005. She enjoyed a passionate and lively 54 year marriage to Paul R. Heisen. Cecelia and Paul created a home filled with love, laughter, fun and friends. Cele’s humor, creativity and powerful determination were evident throughout her life. She is survived by her loving husband and dance partner, Paul, and their devoted children; Nancy Paul; Paul Chris; Linda Joe; Rich Kerry; 4 grandchildren; Nicholas, Marcus, McKenna, and Alyssa; and her brother Don Beverly Swezey.
