Catherine Lou (Lachnit) McGlone age 88, was born Aug 26, 1926. She passed away April 10, 2015 in Mission Viejo, California.

Beloved mother of Michael and Mark McGlone. She was beloved grandmother of 5 grand-children, and very proud great grandmother of 6 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband William, sister Marjorie Parsons. She is survived by her sister Loretta Johnson.

Catherine spent over 40 years as a nurse. After retirement, she enjoyed reading, growing flowers, puzzles, and needlepoint, of which she won several 1st place ribbons at the Orange County Fair.

A rosary will take place at O’Connors Mortuary, Laguna Hills, Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. Mass will take place at San Fernando Mission Church, San Fernando, Thursday morning at 9 a.m., with burial at the cemetery following.
