Obituary

Carolyn Janet Niblo, born November 24, 1939 in Greeneville, Tennessee, passed away July 7, 2015 in Mission Viejo surrounded by her family and loved ones. Carolyn was the older of two children born to Marion and Leota Lamb. In 1955, the Lamb family moved from Tennessee to Glendale. Carolyn graduated from Hoover High School in 1958 and earned her Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Glendale Community College in 1960. Carolyn married her life-long love Dennis Niblo in February 1964. They lived in several cities in southern California before finally settling in Mission Viejo in 1970, where they raised their four children.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Sheila Lamb. She is survived by Denny, her husband of 51 years, her four children, Frederick Niblo and wife Tara; Becket Niblo Lauten and husband Jeff; Patricia Niblo Kempe and husband Andrew; and Christine Niblo. She also leaves behind Amy, Stella, Lily, and Colette, her four beautiful granddaughters.

Carolyn was a loving, beautiful, and amazing woman, wife, Mom, and Grammy. She will be forever missed.
