Born Middletown, CT, one of 11 children to John and Anna (Rys) Satagaj. Met Ronald E. Restelli of New Britain, Ct. at age 17; married 60 years. Lived in Cromwell, CT before moving to Mission Viejo, CA In 1972.

Adopted 2 children, Carron Restelli Siko of Felton, DE and Brian Restelli (deceased). Survived by her Husband and 4 Grandchildren; Jessica Lynn Kaufmann of Mission Viejo, CA, Andrew Siko of Iberia MO, Dana Siko of Beach Park, IL, and George Hysell of Felton, DE; and 1 Greatgranddaughter, Ashlynn Siko, of Racine, WI. Also 1 Brother, Theodore Satagaj of Rockfall, CT and 1 Sister, Frances Strukus of Deep River, CT, plus many nieces and nephews.

Carol was warm, friendly, compassionate, and generous, with genuine concern for others, providing positive support during several major employment and living ventures.

Carol and Ron did everything together, including 38 years of self-employment. Traveling extensively: Italy, Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico and an around the U.S.A. trip, with many fun visits to Las Vegas, and local Casinos, and Carol likely now is at a Bingo Parlor in Heaven.

Life celebration will be at O’Connor Mortuary, on Alicia Parkway in Laguna Hills Friday February 16 at 2:00 pm with a Reception to follow at that location.
