Carol is survived by her husband Frank; daughters Joel and Gina; grandchildren Amanda, Taylor, and Jack; father Daniel Ongais; sister Antonette; and, brother Danny Ongais.  Following cremation, her husband Frank will take her home to Hawaii to be with their stillborn-son, Christopher; their ashes will then be scattered in the waters off of Frank's hometown of Lahaina where they were married on March 5, 1966.
